Welcome to South View Cattery
South View Cattery is a 17-pen cattery, handily located near Kirk Hammerton, between Harrogate, Wetherby and York. We are just 3 miles from junction 47 of the A1(M).
Our aim is simple - to provide high quality accommodation and dedicated professional care in order to ensure your cat has a safe and enjoyable stay with us.
We have designed accommodation that meets, and in many areas surpasses, the standards laid down by the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB) as well as the licensing standards laid down by the Harrogate Borough Council (HBC). HBC granted our licence in April 2012.
We provide your pet with a cat-only environment that allows them to fully relax in a stimulating environment.
The health and well-being of all our guests is paramount. We are professional FAB-trained owners and will ensure your pet enjoys unsurpassed levels of cleanliness. Grooming and individual play-time for your cats forms essential parts of our care.

She looks great and although obviously happy to be home seems to have settled back much quicker than in the past having been spoilt whilst with you. Only problem is she is going to expect to be brushed every day now!!!

I want to thank you for the wonderful care you gave Smurf while we were on holiday. We were apprehensive about leaving him in a cattery as the last time we did, he returned home rather distressed. It certainly isn't the case this time! As we are new to the area, we visited a few other catteries, but yours was the only one we felt secure enough to leave Smurf in. Your facilities are top notch, beautifully constructed with the cats' welfare paramount and your attitude towards your charges exemplary. I especially like the fact that it is not attached to a kennel and in a peaceful setting with the fountain and court area offering outside stimulus. The smaller size of your cattery also ensures that the cats are given more than adequate attention and not "warehoused".
